Product Fault Returns / Manufacturer's Warranty Cover
Akarina products are covered with a manufacturers warranty for 12 months from the date of original purchase. If the product fails due to a manufacturing defect, please contact the seller immediately to launch a warranty claim.
Note: Proof of original purchase may be required to launch warranty claim.
The following are excluded from Olympia‘s warranty coverage:
*Devices purchased as 2nd hand or used items
*Devices purchased from unauthorized retailers or distributors
*Damage resulting from misuse and abusive action
*Damage resulting from chemical, fire, radioactive substance or poisonous liquid
*Damage resulting from a natural disaster
*Damage caused to any 3rd party/person/object
NOTE: We‘re only able to provide after-sales services for purchases made directly from Akarina UK or one of our authorised retailers. If you purchased through a different retailer, please contact them for any exchange or refund requests. Please note that unauthorized reselling of Olympia products is prohibited.
Non-fault Returns:
Under UK Law, online order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods are not faulty. Akarina UK offer a refund to customers if they tell us within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel the order. They have another 14 days to returns the goods. Please Note: the cost of return shipping will be met by the customer and goods must be received in an unused and re-sellable condition, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Akarina UK will refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back, in an unused and re-sellable condition.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
NOTE: Customers do not have to provide a reason for a non-fault return. Non-fault return customers are asked to cover the full cost of shipping the returned item back to our UK offices in Glasgow, G129XQ.
To start a return you can contact us at [email protected] . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
